Simon trained in Landscaping and Amenity Horticulture at Glen College, Dublin. He has specialized in commercial landscaping, grounds and property maintenance services since 1997.Contracting to Property Maintenance compaines like Wyse Property Management, and Formost Property Management Government Bodies like the NCCA, OPW, Revenue and property developers like the Roche Group, to mention just a few.Professionally delivering a range of diverse services to a wide range of clientele, spanning both residential and commercial properties and developments.Notable clients include the Revenue Commissioners located at Government Buildings, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.

We offer full and comprehensive, year-round commercial managment of landscape and grounds maintenance services that are designed to meet your property's specific environ requirments.Every contract is uniquely tailored and can incorporate a range of additional services. These include waste and recycling management, pressure cleaning, drain and gully clearing/cleaning, and dedicated janitorial, caretaker and key holder services.

We do the hard work so you don't have to think about it

Every task is carried out correctly, at the right time of year / season, with consideration of lawn, tree and plant requirments. We even watch upcoming weather conditions for frost / ice, snow, rain and heatwaves.For example, during excessive heatwaves, we don't cut lawns or we will only top them at a higher cut, to avoid scorching and to conserve water, we don't carryout pressure cleaning.

After many wonderful years serving residential gardens across counties Clare, Limerick and Tipperary, we have made the difficult decision to step back from residential garden maintenance and lawn mowing services.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We are extremely thankful and appreciative to the many residential customers we have worked for over the years, who have supported us.
Please note that we will continue to provide pressure cleaning, drain cleaning, drain and surface repair services for residential customers.

Hot & Cold Pressure Cleaning

Since 1997, we have meticulously cleaned thousands of kilometers of hard surfaces. Our comprehensive services include the removal of dirt, lichen, and moss, as well as restoration, resanding, and repairs.

Drain Cleaning

Traps, gullies, culverts, to drainage waste pipes, blockages cause poor dainage and can even cause flooding leading to damp and water damage in and around buildings, on paving and drives.
Our jetting service clears and resolves blockage. If there is sewage overflow, we will clean affected areas and treat with Jayes disenfectant fluid afterwards.

Soft Landscaping

Our landscaping services cover all your planting needs, from designing and installing garden beds, borders, and raised beds to filling pots, planters and hanging baskets.We supply and plant a diverse range of flora, including bamboo, climbers, evergreen shrubs, bedding plants, hedges, ornamental trees, and fruit trees.Additionally, we provide garden enhancements like wood and wire frame trellis, retaining edging, weed control membranes, decorative mulches (bark and stone) to extrior furniture and structures.

Wood Chipping

For efficient site clearance, chipping branches and small felled trees is often essential. Our powerful 15hp Wood Chipper makes this difficult task easy and quick.Key Benefits

Our Consultation Fee – What You Need to KnowLike you, our time is valuable. All commercial and residential consultaions require payment of a non-negotiable consultation fee of € 100.00 plus VAT (€ 113.50) applies. This consultation fee is payable on or prior to the day of your property visit.When you invite us to your property, we want you to get real value from the very first visit—even if you decide not to go ahead with the work.Our initial consultation includes a thorough site visit, a careful evaluation of your space, a discussion of your goals, expert advice, any necessary research, and a detailed quotation or estimate. There is a consultation fee for this service, which covers the time and expertise we invest in understanding your project.Here's how it works:If you proceed with us: The consultation fee (including VAT) will be fully deducted from your final project total.If you choose not to proceed: The fee simply covers the work we've already carried out on your behalf.Please note that this consultation fee is separate from any future contract or service. It is non-refundable and non-transferable, as it pays for services already rendered.We're always happy to talk you through this fee in more detail before you book. Simply give us a call or drop us an email. By scheduling a consultation, you're agreeing to these terms—and we thank you for your trust in us from the very start.Labour rates
Our labour rates reflect the current industry standards for horticultural and landscaping services across Ireland. We pride ourselves on operating fully within Irish employment law and government regulations, ensuring that every team member on your site is properly supported.All quoted labour costs are fixed and inclusive—meaning they already cover statutory taxes, PRSI contributions, MyFutureFund, and all relevant Public & Product Liability insurances. To keep things clear and straightforward, these rates are not subject to negotiation, transfer, or barter. This allows us to maintain consistency, fairness, and the highest standard of care for both our staff and your business.Green Waste Recycling - Pricing/Rates:
We care about responsible waste management, and we always factor disposal costs into our quotes so you know what to expect.Here's how it works depending on the type of work:Annual Maintenance Contracts
For our ongoing grounds maintenance contracts, standard waste disposal is already included in your quoted price. However, if we encounter additional waste from your property that goes beyond what was originally estimated—such as excess green waste, rubble, or other materials—we'll need to arrange extra handling, haulage, and disposal. In this case, the additional costs will be added to your monthly invoice. We'll always let you know before any extra charges are incurred.Individual Projects (Soft/Hard Landscaping, Painting, Repairs, Pressure cleaning sludge etc.)
For one-off jobs, waste disposal is built directly into your quotation or estimate from the outset—so there are no surprises when the job is complete. However additional waste unaccounted for will be subject to the rates per volume listed below.Green waste only, occasionally we are asked to only remove green waste from a property, in ths case all waste is subject to the rates per volume listed below.If you have any questions about waste costs for your specific project, just ask. We're always happy to clarify before we begin.When you receive a quote from us, you can trust that it's thoughtfully calculated to include every aspect of the job—our team's labour, transport costs, and responsible waste disposal. We don't add surprise fees; we give you the full picture upfront.Waste disposal rates

To keep things consistent for all our clients, our rates are non-negotiable. We also want to be honest with you: because our costs can change over time, we may occasionally need to adjust our prices. We'll always do our best to give you advance notice whenever that happens.If you'd ever like clarity on a quote or how we arrive at our pricing, we're only a phone call or email away.Works schedule
We endeavor to complete all works in a timely manner, whether under a fixed annual contract or an individual one-off agreement. However, we are unable to provide a guarantee for work being carried out precisely on schedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, labour shortages (for any reason), supplier delays or issues, or equipment and vehicle breakdowns. By employing our services, you understand this and agree to these terms and conditions.Our typical working hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If necessary, we may perform work on Sundays and Bank/Public Holidays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Works out of scope
All work must be agreed upon before commencing. Any additional work requested outside the agreed contract will incur extra costs for labour, time, materials, waste and misc., related items. In some cases, this additional work may not be carried out. Please do not ask our operatives to perform tasks or work beyond the scope of the contract without prior consultation with and agreement/concent from management.Payment terms
For all commercial and residential hard/soft landscaping projects, including painting and repairs, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the quotation or esitmate is required minimum of five days prior to work commencing. The remaining balance of the total cost of the quotation or esitmate is required in full, upon the day of completion of works. No credit terms are offered. See Credit terms below. By employing our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.Payment methods
You can pay using cash, an electronic transfer to our business bank account, or to our Revolut account.Credit terms
No credit terms are offered outside of our 12-month minimum commercial maintenance contracts, where payment is due no more than 30 calendar days from the invoice date. Invoices are sent via email only. For all non-commercial or individual contracts, a deposit is required, with the balance due in full on the day of work completion. See payment terms above. By employing our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.Guarantees
We will rectify any issues or problems in our work that result in an unsatisfactory or dangerous condition. We cannot guarantee the lifespan, quality, or durability of building products or materials supplied by a third party. We strive to purchase correct, professionally made, and durable quality materials for all projects. The lifespan of plants (climbers, shrubs, bedding, grasses, hedging, etc.) and trees (ornamental, large, etc.) cannot be guaranteed. Once planted, sowen and or laid, customers are responsible for their essential care and maintenance.Compliance and Insurance
We fully comply with Irish Revenue regulations and all relevant landscape and construction industry standards, including certified Safe Pass training. We hold comprehensive public and employers liability insurance, with a copy available upon request.
